Mutual Spark is operated by FMF Consulting LLC (“Mutual Spark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, applications, and SMS early-access experience.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, including your name, email address, verified mobile number, authentication information, connection-request details, campaign source, and messages or commands you send to our SMS number. We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to register and authenticate users, process private connection requests, determine whether independently submitted requests match, deliver requested service messages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, comply with law, and improve Mutual Spark.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to service providers that help us deliver and support messages, such as telecommunications providers, solely to operate the service. SMS consent is not transferred to third parties for their own use.

Private connection requests

A request is intended to remain undisclosed unless the system identifies an independently submitted reciprocal request under the applicable matching rules. During the early-access demonstration, Mutual Spark does not send a connection invitation to an unregistered target.

Service providers and legal disclosures

We may use hosting, database, email, analytics, security, and telecommunications providers to perform services for us. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may reply STOP to stop SMS messages and HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Opting out of SMS may limit SMS-based features but does not prevent you from using other available Mutual Spark channels.

Children

Mutual Spark is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
